Educational Qualification:
Candidates should pass 12th class, preferably in Science or equivalent from a recognised Board/ University
Certificate in Medical Records (from a recognised Institute or authority issued after not less than 6 months training course)
Desirable: Experience of having handled Medical records in a Hospital/Medical Institute, of repute.
Age Limit (as on 10.02.2020): 18 to 30 years
( relaxable up to 40 years of age for AIIMS Patna employees)

For OBC: 3 years
For PWBD: 10 years
For PWBD + OBC: 13 years
For PWBD + SC/ST: 15 years

AIIMS Medical Record Technician Selection Process:
Selection will be based on the Written Test.
Scheme of Examination:
The examination will adjoin a Computer Based online mode of exam for the post of Medical Record Technician (MRT)
The paper will consist of objective type multiple choice questions only.
The question will be set in English and Hindi language.
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
